WEB SİTESİ GİZLİLİK VE ÇEREZ POLİTİKASI
Web sitemizi ziyaret edenlerin kişisel verilerini 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu uyarınca işlemekte ve gizliliğini korumaktayız. Bu Web Sitesi Gizlilik ve Çerez Politikası ile ziyaretçilerin kişisel verilerinin işlenmesi, çerez politikası ve internet sitesi gizlilik ilkeleri belirlenmektedir.
Çerezler (cookies), küçük bilgileri saklayan küçük metin dosyalarıdır. Çerezler, ziyaret ettiğiniz internet siteleri tarafından, tarayıcılar aracılığıyla cihazınıza veya ağ sunucusuna depolanır. Web sitemizi ziyaret etmeniz dolayısıyla elde edilen kişisel verileriniz, kişisel verilerinizin işlenme amaçları doğrultusunda, iş ortaklarımıza, tedarikçilerimize kanunen yetkili kamu kurumlarına ve özel kişilere Kanun’un 8. ve 9. maddelerinde belirtilen kişisel veri işleme şartları ve amaçları kapsamında aktarılabilmektedir.
Çerezler, ziyaret edilen internet siteleri tarafından tarayıcılar aracılığıyla cihaza veya ağ sunucusuna depolanan küçük metin dosyalarıdır. Web sitemiz ziyaret edildiğinde, kişisel verilerin saklanması için herhangi bir çerez kullanılmamaktadır.
Web sitemiz birinci ve üçüncü taraf çerezleri kullanır. Birinci taraf çerezleri çoğunlukla web sitesinin doğru şekilde çalışması için gereklidir, kişisel verilerinizi tutmazlar. Kanunun ilgili kişinin haklarını düzenleyen 11 inci maddesi kapsamındaki talepleri, Politika’da düzenlendiği şekilde, ayrıntısını Bakanlığımıza ileterek yapabilir. Talebin niteliğine göre en kısa sürede ve en geç otuz gün içinde başvuruları ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırılır; ancak işlemin ayrıca bir maliyet gerektirmesi halinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu tarafından belirlenecek tarifeye göre ücret talep edilebilir.
THE LIST OF PEOPLE AND PLACES THAT ARE EXEMPT FROM THE LOCKDOWN
Under the condition that they document they are within the context of exceptions and it is restricted with the exemption reason/route during the period and days the lockdown will be imposed;
1. Members and personnel of TBMM (Grand National Assembly of Turkey),
2. The ones that are responsible for ensuring the public order and security (including the private security guards),
3. Public institutions, organizations and establishments that are necessary for the continuation of obligatory community service (airports, harbours, border gates, customs, highways, nursing homes, elderly care centers, rehabilitation centers, PTT etc.) their personnel and religious officials that work at houses of prayer, Emergency Call Centers, Vefa Social Support Groups, Provincial/District Pandemic Control Centers, Migration Management, The Red Crescent, AFAD (Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency), the ones employed and volunteered for the activities regarding disasters, grandfathers and officials of djemevis,
4. Public and private health institutions and organizations, pharmacies, veterinary clinics and animal hospitals along with the personnel of these institutions, doctors and veterinary surgeons,
5. The ones that have indispensable health appointments (including the blood and plasma donations to the Red Crescent),
6. The workplaces operating production, transportation, and vendition in the field of medicine, medical device, medical mask, and disinfectant and the personnel of these workplaces,
7. Production and manufacturing facilities and construction activities and their personnel,
8. The ones that work in the field of production, watering, processing, applying medicine, harvesting, marketing, and transportation of herbal and animal products,
9. The workplaces that sell agricultural pesticide, seed, seedling, fertilizer etc. regarding agricultural production and their employees,
10. The companies engaged in inland and international transport and logistical activities (exportation/importation/transit passes included) and their employees,
11. The ones that are responsible for transportation or logistics of products and/or materials (including cargo), inland and international transportation, storage, and related activities,
12. Hotels and stopovers along with their employees,
13. The ones to feed the street animals, animal houses / farms / care centers, their employees / volunteers and the members of Animal Feeding Group that is constituted with our Circular No. 7486,
14. The ones that go out to meet the vital needs of their pets, provided that it is limited to the front of their place of residence,
15. Newspaper, magazine, radio, and television companies, media monitoring agencies, newspaper printing houses, their employees and newspaper distributors,
16. Gas stations, tire repairmen, and their employees,
17. Wholesale food markets for vegetable/fruit and water products and their employees,
18. Bakery and/or bakery licensed workplaces where bread production is made, the vehicles involved in the distribution of the bread produced, and their employees,
19. The ones that are responsible for burial procedures (religious officials, hospital staff and municipal officers etc.) and the ones who will attend the funerals of their immediate relatives,
20. Big facilities and enterprises operating strategically in the field of natural gas, electricity, petrol (such as refineries, petrochemical plants, steam power and natural gas cycle plants) and their employees,
21. The ones that are responsible for the maintenance and repair of the transmission and infrastructure systems that should not be cut such as electricity, water, natural gas, telecommunication, and technical service employees provided that they document that they are on duty to provide service,
22. Cargo, water, newspaper and propane cylinder distribution companies and their employees,
23. Personnel that will work to carry out the services of public transportation, cleaning, solid waste, water and sewerage, snow removal, disinfestation, fire authority, cemetery for local administrations,
24. Drivers and staff of local public transport vehicles (metrobus, subway train, bus, minibus, taxi etc.),
25. The ones that are responsible for meeting the basic needs of the people that reside in compounds such as dorms, hostels, worksites,
26. The employees (workplace doctors, security guards, gatekeepers etc.) that have to be at the workplace to maintain the safety of the workplace and occupational health and safety,
27. The people with special needs such as the ones with autism, severe mental retardation, down syndrome and their parents/guardians, and companions,
28. The ones that will constitute personal relationship with their children within the context of a court decision (under the condition that they will show court decision),
29. National athletes that will attend domestic and international competitions and camps along with sportsmen, directors, and other staff that will attend professional competitions without spectators,
30. Information processing centers of institutions, organizations, and enterprises, banks in particular, that have broad service network across the country and their employees (limited with minimum employees),
31. The ones that will document that they will take an exam declared by ÖSYM (Student Selection and Placement Center) and the exams planned at the central level (one companion such as spouse, sibling, or parent, for the examinee) and the staff for the exam,
32. Eating and drinking places in the motorway service areas at interprovincial highways that are allowed by the Provincial/District Public Health Committees, and their employees,
33. Lawyers and trainee lawyers with the condition of being restricted with carrying out judicial duties such as compulsory defender/attorney, trial, testimony, provided that they go to their offices, workplaces, courthouses, law enforcement units, public enterprises in cases of necessity,
34. The personnel that is responsible for the distance education video shoot, editing, montage to be broadcast on Ministry of National Education EBA LISE TV MTAL and EBA platform for ministerial technical and vocational secondary education schools/institutions, and the coordination of this work,
35. Professional site managers and the staff that are responsible for the cleaning, heating etc. of the apartments and sites, under the condition that they show they are on duty with a document provided by the apartment/site administration, and their route is restricted from their residence addresses to the apartments or sites they work at,
36. Owners and employees of the workplaces that sell pets to take care of and feed animals at the workplace, on the condition that their route is restricted from their residence addresses to their workplaces,
37. Horse owners, trainers, stablemen, and other employees to groom, feed, and train racehorses for the races on the condition that their route is restricted from their residence addresses to the competition or training areas,
38. The ones who work at the companies, which apply insecticide to the workplaces for insects and other harmful pests, on the condition that they document it and their route is restricted with the compulsory disinfestation activities,
39. Professional accountants, independent accountant and financial advisors, certified public accountants and their employees, depending on the reason of exemption and restricted between their residence addresses and workplaces,
40. Beekeepers who want to go to the areas where the beehives are located in the same province, provided that they submit the Bee Registration System (AKS) Certificate and their route is restricted from their residence addresses to the place where the beehives are located.
41. Press members holding a turquoise press card, provided that they present their corporate identity cards.
